Should the English have been Parisian, they would have never given away Hong Kong, which they had been granted as a concession, to end the first opium war… Well, stating this, I mean nothing…But I take a malicious pleasure in raising my cup of this green tea with notes of almond and orange blossoms which, for sure, should leave in their mouth a taste of bitterness… I personally love it!

Ideal brewing time: 2 to 3'

Water temperature: 80°C (176°F)
