I believe the rule applies to most countries. When I think about it, I get quite outraged. Myself, living in the north of France, in Paris, I am a victim… Why do we have to work only to feed people from the South while they rest? They already have the citrus fruits, the sunshine and the cicadas’ chirp and nevertheless they are still tired doing nothing! Where on earth is going on?
