I don't know why the British pride themselves on having a great tea culture and being the genesis of the most famous blends for their celebrated “breakfast tea time”… I’m not an expert but I’m wondering whether this idea came from their French neighbours…To tell you the truth, it’s a fact that the French breakfast blends are really much nicer.

Ideal brewing time: 4 to 6'
