Maybe you won’t believe me if I tell you that my favourite hobby is to spend some week-ends at the countryside, meeting with “local” people, listening to their provincial accent, looking at out of fashion dress, driving around their “right in the middle of nowhere” villages…and my walks in the forest. It’s so pleasant picking up ceps and other mushrooms, being in harmony with nature, smelling the fragrances of the under wood… This tea, in a certain way, is a summary of all that.
